A Tour to Wood-House Village The shapes of the wood-house villages in the northern Gaungxi hilly areas were in thousands of postures which originated from the distribution pa�ern of folk houses, Chinese Vernacular Dwelling 30 The Ganlan wood building of Ping’an Village, Longsheng County. such as crossing the stream, beside the foothills, or around a valley.
