The ecu Union and eu identification have been till lately the items of separate branches of scholarship and inquiry. With the access of critical and jap ecu individuals into the ecu, it has develop into transparent that the way forward for the eu Union can now not be thought of in isolation from the way forward for ecu id.

Mandelbrot (1974) was the first to give a fractal description of intermittency of the fine structures, and he noticed that the intermittency models developed by the Russian school were consistent with fractal behaviour. He proposed a classification of intermittency models including either homogeneous fractal models or non homogeneous ones (see Mandelbrot (1982)). The latter were later recognized by Parisi & Frisch (1984) as having a multifractal structure. In this paper, we emphasize scaling properties of three-dimensional turbulence by highligthing recent experimental, numerical and theoretical results.
